Lady Holborn got into her Rolls Royce. To her embarrassment she had forgotten the name of her new chauffeur.
- 'My name is James,' the chauffeur informed her.
Lady Holborn looked severe.
+ 'I am not in the habit of calling my servants by their first name. What is your surname?'
- 'Darling, my lady,' he answered.
There was a pause.
+ 'Drive me to the theatre... James.'
